Our trademarks and or likeness may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Limitations

By using the Service, you understand that the AI powered virtual agent is a tool designed to assist with business communications. However, the Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of the responses given by the AI agent. By using the service, you acknowledge that there may be instances where the AI agent provides incorrect or misleading information about your business. The Company shall not be held liable for any such inaccuracies or misrepresentations.

Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

By signing up for a subscription plan, you agree to pay the associated fees, as indicated on our pricing page. All subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. Billing commences exactly 7 days after you begin the free trial. You may cancel anytime during the free trial without penalty. All fees are due on a recurring basis, according to your selected plan’s billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. You will be notified of any changes to pricing at least 30 days in advance. No refunds will be processed for any prior billings.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may cancel your account anytime through our online billing portal or contact us with a request for termination. All provisions of the Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
